Who We Are

BS8 Property Management is an independent managing agent based in Clifton, Bristol. We focus exclusively on the management, upkeep, and legal compliance of communal areas within residential buildings. We are not estate agents, letting agents, or developers. Our role is to act directly on behalf of leaseholders, with a clear and singular aim: to keep shared spaces safe, functional, and financially sustainable.

BS8 Property Management operates independently, without commercial ties to developers or managing group structures. This allows us to make decisions based solely on what is reasonable, proportionate, and in the long-term interest of the leaseholders and the building itself. We believe in fair pricing, open communication, and realistic service delivery.

We are fully insured as a residential property managing agent, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, and a member of the Property Redress Scheme. Our management practices are informed by relevant legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, and current health and safety regulations.
